To create product bundles in woocommerce you need to install the official WooCommerce Product Bundles from woocommerce.
This plugin will allow you to give your customers a discount when they buy a product package, or to get even higher discount when purchase more items .And it also give you the ability to control the minimum or maximum quantity of bundled products that your customer can choose in order to purchase a product bundle.
In other words you will be able to
1. Give your customers a discount when they add more products to their cart.
2. Or make a package of products where your customers must buy x piece of it to complete the purchase.
And these products will appear on the cart page as “All in one” package.
After you install and activate the plugin. go to your product page and scroll down to product data → Linked products and from their you will be able to adjest the package options as you like
